  • I cannot offer legal advice or represent you in court

  • My role is to help you complete your bankruptcy paperwork properly​

While we are waiting you can start the credit
counseling class. This is a REQUIRED step for your bankruptcy filing, and
completing it early will allow us to move forward faster.

Third and Forth Steps to the Process

Become a Client 
Once the signed notice is emailed to me. Sign up to gain access to the next steps by clicking the "I've Sent My Notice Button" below. Upon becoming a client and clicking the button gain access to the third and forth steps of the process: collecting and submitting documents, as well as payment. 

Once you've pressed the button above and become a member you'll be getting an email with the checklist of documents to start preparing for your petition.

We Begin the Process
After receiving your notice, documents from my checklist and payment, I’ll connect with you via Zoom for an approximately 2 to 2 1/2 hour intake and together we will begin preparing your Chapter 7 bankruptcy forms and guide you through each step until you’re ready to file.
